The Gatlin system is for mid-line mounting of Trays, Switches, Joysticks and Displays. The Gatlin Mount easily attaches to any armrest style. It is able to Swing-Away to assist with transfers, yet provide a firm foundation of support when in place. Joystick plates and hardware, trays with switch mounting compartments, and various clamping hardware are all available.
The Gatlin can be attached horizontally to an arm rest or attached vertically to a back cane for the use with chin or head located devices. It comes in three different styles and is supplied with an ARM240 arm rest attachment as standard.
GAT400: Eight locking positions
GAT405: Two positions with 95 and 180 degrees of swing away
GAT406: A version of the 405 for mounting vertically for chin or head use.
In the example below a DX RJM joystick and a Genie+ display are mounted on a GAT405. The equipment can swing out of the way by 95 or 180 degrees for transfers.
