Ultra QCR

The Ultra QCR is an all encompassing Head Positioning System with adjustment capabilities and a portfolio of options and accessories to meet virtually any client’s needs.

Features:

High quality, elegant but rugged design.
Occipital and Sub Occipital pads incorporate rotational, posterior, anterior and oblique adjustments.
The horizontal distance between the Occipital and Sub Occipital pads is adjustable over a range of 7″. In addition the whole assembly can also be moved in and out from the back of the client’s head.
The Vertical distance between the Occipital and Sub Occipital is adjustable over a range of 3″.
A lateral swing away assembly can be added to mount facial pads or switches on either side of the head.
A Quick release stem allows the entire assembly to be swung out of the way for transfers and hygiene.
Wide range of occipital and facial pads
Available in a wide variety of complete systems (see below) to suit different requirements.

Complete Systems:

	SU108. Standard Ultra headrest with large Occipital and Sub-Occipital but on TWB480 LInk hardware.		A25. Headrest with Egg switches mounted on a swing-away, HMS450 hardware and Occipital only.		A23. Headrest with Egg switches mounted on a swing-away, HMS450 and Sub-Occipital only.
	A20. SU108 model as shown above but with a Mini Proportional joystick mount (SM600) fitted to a swing-away.		A19. SU108 model but with two swing aways. An egg switch is fitted to the lower unit and a spot facial lateral to the other.		SU500. This is the basic Ultra hardware without a Sub-Occipital. It consists of a 6"x3" occipital pad and HMS450 hardware.

Combo Series

An adjustable curved headrest system that lets you set the shape and then reliably holds your settings. Can attach to all of the Stealth hardware options and can be fitted with a swing away system for mounting switches or facial laterals.

The Combo headrest is highly adjustable. It can be equipped with a swing away system and fitted to any Stealth Hardware

A24. This is the Combo headrest fitted to the Ultra Hardware (SU100) together with a swing away system and spot facial laterals.

C9. Combo headrest fitted with a Mini Joystick Mount attached to a swing away. The hardware is a TWB480 with a flip down.

Comfort Plus Series

Whether used as a stand alone head support or as part of a larger system, the Comfort Plus provides multiple options for switch sites, lateral facial devices, attachment hardware and more. The cover is removable and washable and the pad is constructed of layered foam on a coated metal shell and covered with a soft, durable stretch material.

Nino Ultra QCR

The Nino Ultra QCR is an all encompassing Head Positioning System with adjustable capabilities and a portfolio of options and accessories to meet virtually any client’s needs. The Nino Ultra is a smaller version of the Ultra and is designed for young children.

Features:

The vertical distance between the Occipital and Sub-Occipital can be easily set over a 1.5″range.
The Sub-Occipital and Occipital incorporate independant ‘fore and aft’ adjustments over a range of 3″ with the Multi-axis mount and 5″ with the LINK mount.
The Nino Ultra can be fitted with a swing away system for switches or spot facial pads.
The Nino Ultra can be fitted to any Stealth Hardware Options.

Complete Systems:

Nino Ultra with swing away system and spot facial laterals fitted.

Nino Ultra with a long lateral pad. The pads can be bent into shape to fit the child's head.

Nino Ultra with egg switch and facial pad mounted on two seperate swing aways.

Gatlin 400/405

The Gatlin system is for mid-line mounting of Trays, Switches, Joysticks and Displays. The Gatlin Mount easily attaches to any armrest style. It is able to Swing-Away to assist with transfers, yet provide a firm foundation of support when in place. Joystick plates and hardware, trays with switch mounting compartments, and various clamping hardware are all available.

The Gatlin can be attached horizontally to an arm rest or attached vertically to a back cane for the use with chin or head located devices. It comes in three different styles and is supplied with an ARM240 arm rest attachment as standard.

GAT400: Eight locking positions
GAT405: Two positions with 95 and 180 degrees of swing away
GAT406: A version of the 405 for mounting vertically for chin or head use.

In the example below a DX RJM joystick and a Genie+ display are mounted on a GAT405. The equipment can swing out of the way by 95 or 180 degrees for transfers.

ARMS260

The ARMS260 is primarily used for mounting displays and controls but is also a neat option for switches. The fully adjustable ball mount allows you to set the position perfectly. The unique swing away feature allows the equipment to be moved out of the way for transfers etc but will always swing back and lock into the original position. The ARMS260 is shown in the picture with the Genie+ display attached. It can also be used with the ClickToGo and other wheelchair control devices.

ARM240

Universal Arm Rest mount for Gatlin Mid-line mount or the ARMS260 display mount. Fits 3/4″ tubing and available in a variety of attachments for Invacare, Quantum, Quicke and Permobil wheelchairs.

The GAT250, a height adjustable version, is also available.
